Breast Cancer Awareness Revival!
Bra Decorating Contest at the Virginia Elks Fall Convention
Breast Cancer is serious business, so we are fighting back with increasing awareness and having some imaginative (and perhaps therapeutic) fun!
Decorate a bra (new or used – any type, size or style) however you want … with rhinestones, feathers, beads, buttons, sequins, lace, cloth, ribbon……anything!
Transform any bra into a new creation. Get your creative juices flowing, but great art talent is not required.
Pick a theme – It can be a tribute, a testimony, or for zany entertainment. The internet has plenty of examples.
- All entries should be at the Fall Convention by Friday afternoon, Oct 25th.
- Please have bras on hangers with a title or slogan accompanying it.
Bra-VA! bras will be on display Friday evening, at the 8:30am Revival Breakfast on Saturday, at the Luncheon Banquet, and throughout the afternoon.
Winners will be announced Saturday evening with prizes.
